Mr. Top used to be an alcoholic, but he’s reformed now.

Wilkes:  Hey, Beth, you got a sec?

Beth:    Detecitve Wilkes, come on in.

Wilkes:  I understand you paid a visit to Chad Hewitt this morning.

Beth:    That’s right. How’d you know that?Wilkes:  I’m part of a task force that’s been surveilling him for a
couple of months now. Hewitt’s been building a group of ne0-nazis in the valley successfully. He keeps             the violent members compartmentalized from the political, but yeah, he’s building an army and we wan             to take it down.
Beth:    He’s using that army to stalk a family.
Jack:    We’re trying to protect them.
Wilkes:  The task force is trying to protect an entire community. Isn’t your guy a skinhead anyway?
Jack:    He’s reformed. He’s not that guy anymore.
Wilkes:  People only change so much. Don’t you think, Jack?
