同博国际英语Mr. Top今天来带大家看一下如果在住酒店的时候空调出了问题，应该怎样与酒店工作人员沟通。大家要记住 ‘The air conditioning isn't working properly.’这个表达方式。
Reception: How can I help you?
前台：您好，有什么可以帮到您？
Customer: Yes, I'm in room 543. The air conditioning isn't working properly.
客人：我这里是543房，空调工作不正常。
Reception: What the matter with it?
前台：请问具体是什么情况？
Customer: It only blows hot air.
客人：空调往外排热气。
Reception: I'll send someone to check it, but if there is a problem with it the only thing I can do is to send you a fan until tomorrow when the maintenance comes.
前台：我会请人去看一下，但如果确实有问题的话，在明天维修人员到之前，只能先给您送一个风扇先用一下。
Customer: Couldn't we have another room.
客人：我不能换一间房吗？
Reception: I am very sorry but all our rooms are occupied. If the problem persists tomorrow and we have a vacancy we can change you then or help you find more comfortable accommodations.
前台：非常抱歉，房间都已经满了。如果明天空调还是这样、又有空房的话，我们可以给您换房间。
Customer: OK, thank you.
客人：好吧，谢谢。
